Returns/Exchanges- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping and handling). Products must be UNOPENED/UNUSED, and in the original packaging. Banners, Bulletin Boards, Charts, Borders, and Notepads are non-refundable.

All returns must be in resale condition.

Order Cancellation - When you need to cancel an order you place with us, please do this within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please call 770-382-0101 and leave that information. A Customer Service Representative will return your call to confirm your cancellation.
If your order has been processed by the time of your call, we can not reverse your shipping request. Your order will have to be delivered to you, and at that point, you may return the merchandise to us according to our Return Policy.
